CHIEF JUSTICE TO BE CHAIRMAN
(P.A.) WELLINGTON, July 23. The personnel of the tribunal which is to investigate the recent Auckland waterfront dispute are announced by the Minister of Labour, Mr. A. McLagan. The tribunal, which will begin its inquiry in Auckland on Monday, is as follows: — The Chief Justice, Sir Humphrey O’Leary (chairman), Mr. K. A. Belford, representing the New Zealand Waterside Employers’ Association, Captain H. A. Anderson, representing the Waterfront Industry Commission, and Messrs. A. Drennan and T. Hill, representing the New Zealand Waterside Workers’ Union.
