BREAD RATIONING TO END IN BRITAIN
(11.30 a.m.) LONDON. July 21. The Food Minister, Mr. J. Strachey, announced in the House of Commons this afternoon that bread and flour rationing will end on Sunday. The Ministry of Food announced that the domestic milk allowance from Sunday will be reduced from three pints to 21 pints a week.
