Old Windscreen Stickers
The Transport. Department pointed out yesterday that it is illegal lor motorists .to leave their, old green registration stickers on their windscreens, even though the new purple ones are displayed too. The green stickers constitute an obscured windscreen, which js an offence under the regulations,
