TWO MORE POLIO CASES IN AUCKLAND
(P.A.) AUCKLAND. July 20 Two positive cases of infantile paralysis were reported in the Central Auckland health district yesterday. One is a child aged nine months from Papakura and the other is a four-year-old child from Newton. There are now 52 positive cases and one suspect in hospital.
SOUTH FEATHERSTON CASE
MASTERTON. July 20.
A boy aged eight years residing in South Featherston has been admitted to the Masterton Hospital as a positive poliomyelitis case. The South Featherston School has been temporarily closed.
POLIO IN UPPER HUTT
(P.A. ) WELLINGTON, July 19. A nine-year-old child from the Hutt Valley who was admitted to hospital on Friday night has been found to be a positive case of poliomyelitis. Tne Upper Hutt School has been closed foij. a fortnight.
