GRAMOPHONE RECORDS HIRED OUT
HOBART, June 22. The Tasmanian State Library is the first in Australia to inaugurate a lending branch for phonograph records. Recently Mr. B. Jones, on behalf of jthe British Council in Australia, presented 360 records and some scores and sheet music to the library, and these Slave formed the nucleus of a lending [branch. *
