TWO YOUTHS DIE IN MOTOR-CYCLE MISHAPS
(P.A.) CHRISTCHURCH, June 21. Severe head injuries from which he died seven hours later were suffered by an aporentice engineer when his motor-cycle and a car collided at an intersection in Beckenham on Saturday afternoon. He was:
Mr. Cyril William Henderson, aged 20 Cornwall street, Lyttelton. Mr. James Malcolm Lucas, aged 18. Beckford road, who was on the pillion of Mr. Henderson’s machine, suffered severe head injuries. Tie is in the Christchurch Hospital and his condition is reported to be serious. A youth died in the Christchurch Hospital vesterday morning as a result of head injuries suffered last Monday in a fall to the street when his motorcyoio skidded. He was:
Mr. Emile Geoffrey Filibert, aged 19, laboratory-assistant, Aylmer street, Christchurch. He was unconscious when taken to hospital and did not recover consciousness.
