COMPENSATION COURT WORK SPEED UP
(P.A.) WELLINGTON. June 21. The hearing of applications by the Compensation Court is to be speeded up. The Minister of Labour, Mr. A. McLagan, said that the three deputyjudges of the Court of Arbitration — Judges Dalglish, Stevens and Stilwell—had been appointed deputy-judges of tire Compensation Court. The Compensation Court regulations, he said, enabled a judge of the Compensation Court to delegate work to a deputy which should greatly facilitate the hearing of applications.
