£1,250,000 SOVIET LOAN FOR FINLAND
HELSINKI, June 4. Finland has accepted the Russian offer of a £1,250,000 loan at two per cent repayable in currency other than dollars. The gesture is interpreted as a new attempt to create Finnish goodwill for the Communist Party in the general elections next month.
