The said prohibition shall commence to operate on the 10th day of .Tune, 1948, and shall continue to operate until and including the 30th day of September, 1948. The said prohibition ie imposed upon the grounds that the surface of the roads would be seriously damaged if permitted for the period specified to bear the weight ot the heavy 'motorvehicles the use of which is hereinbefore prohibited.
