Langue d’Or is to be retired from racing He is sound, but it is considered that he is past his best. Winner of approximately £14,000 in stakes, Langue d’Or has been a good horse to Mr. E. Ward, Levin, and, although the major prizes eluded him, he could always be depended upon for a sound race. He numbered the Awapuni Gold Cup among his many victories.
