DAIRY BOARD SEAT
(P.A.) WELLINGTON, June 3. Nominations for the northern ward member of the New Zealand Dairy Board dosed yesterday. The election is to fill a vacancy occurring on June 30. when Mr. A. J. Murdoch will retire. Mr. Murdoch is not seeking re-election. A poll, closing on June 23, in which all dairy companies in the ward have a vote, will decide the new member.
Candidates are: Ernest George Ap oleton. farmer, Dargaville: William Norman Perry, fanner, Cambridge; Alexander Johnston Sinclair, company manager. To AwimmUi: Slewart Chalmers Spence, farmer, Whakatane.
