RUSSIAN CHILDREN ORDERED HOME

(10 a.m.) NEW YORK, June 2. The Soviet Consul-General's office stated yesterday that all the 10a schoolage children of Russian diplomats and other officials in New York area have been ordered to return to the Soviet to be educated because of difficulties in obtaining facilities for children in New York. Children under seven will be allowed to remain with their parents. The decision was announced as the retrial of an action to evict a Russian private school from city premises began in the Municipal Court. Later, counsel for the Soviet ConsulGeneral, agreed to the eviction order, to be effective on July 15 and told the court of the Soviet plan. The city health authorities have com plained that the six-storey building housing the school docs not comply with the regulations for school premises.
