BONERS AND STORES MORRINSVILLE MARKET For a small yarding of fat sheep at the Morrinsville stock sale on Friday prices were slightly in advance of late rates. Fat cows sold freely at very firm values. Boner and store cows were strongly competed for by exporters and values showed an all-round advance on recent higher rates. A few pens of store cattle sold freely at steady values. Quotations: — Sheep.—Fat hoggets. 38s to 38s 6d; heavy fat lambs, 40s to 425; light fat lambs. 32s to 355; good w.f. store lambs. 25s lOd; good b.f. store lambs, 20s to 20s lOd. Cattle.—Heavy fat shorthorn cows. £lO 10s to £l2 12s: heavy fat young Jersey Cows, £9 to £10; lighter Jersey heifers, £7 15s to £8 15s; heavy boner cows £8 to £9 16s; medium £7 to £7 15s; store cows. £5 to £6 10s; bulls, £6 17s Gd to £lO 10s: 18-months P.A. heifers, £7 10s; P.A. weaner calves, £3 14s to £5: medium Jersey heifer calves, £5 to £5 ss.
