SOCIALIST PROPAGANDA
PARIS, April 25. A conference o£ 15 European Socialist parties decided to establish a permanent organisation with headquarters in Paris for the creation of a United Free States of Europe. The conference also decided to create a Socialist propaganda centre. It was stated that this was not a Socialist counterpart of the Cominform. but an information centre.
