CHILDREN BETTER OFF
LIFE IN NEW ZEALAND (P.A.) WELLINGTON, April 24. “In our minds New Zealand leads the world in social security and we all think there is more chance of finding a higher standard of living and better chances for the children in this country." This statement was made by two former English railway clerks who arrived by the Selandia from Southampton. They were Messrs. N. Clarke, Bournemouth and F. C. Knight, London, whose wife and two children are awaiting a passage to New Zealand.
