INFORMAL VOTING
M.P.’S IN AUCKLAND (P.A.) AUCKLAND, April 22. Fifty per cent, of the members of Parliament from Auckland Province who exercised the right to vote in the election to fill two vacancies on the Auckland Grammar School Board cast informal votes. Although they had been notified that postal votes had to be signed by the voter and witnessed by a Justice of the Peace, 14 of the 28 who voted did not sign the ballot papers. Thirty-eight members of the Legislative Council and the House of Representatives wereentiUedtovotc.
