OFFICERS ELECTED
CIVIL SERVICE INSTITUTE (P.A.) WELLINGTON, April 21. The annual meeting of the Civil Service Institute was held in Wellington yesterday. The institute comprises ad ministrative officers and higher professional and executive officers of the three major branches of the services, Railways Department, Post and Telegraph and the Public Service generally. Mr. C. R J. Atkin, Treasury Depart ment, was elected president, Mr. J. J. Knight, Post and Telegraph, secretary and Mr. A. O. Keisenberg, Health Department, treasurer. Mr A. E. J. Anderson, chief account ant of the Public Trust was re elected auditor. The new executive comprises: Messrs. P. B. Bryden, R. S. Dawson, F. 11, McAuley, representing the Railways Department, Messrs. E. E. Curtis and E. H. R Green, Post and Telegraph Department and Messrs. B. L. Dallard, C E. H. Ball, D. R. Wood and J. W. Scott", D. G. Ball, other Government departments.
