(N.Z.P.A. —Reuter — Copyright.) (10.15 a.m.) LONDON, April 21. The Foreign Ministers’ deputies of Britain, France, the United States and Russia, who are trying to hammer out the Austrian treaty, held their one-hundredth meeting, but made little progress. The leader of the British delegation, recalling that the deputies had been at work for 15 months, said that this was not an occasion for celebration. The United States delegate said that in the 37 meetings since the present London session began on February 20, the deputies had agreed on only one article, namely, the limitation of the Austrian armed forces. Seventeen articles remained to be agreed to.
