HAROLD LOGAN DIES
PACER WHO WON £11,255 (P.A.) CHRISTCHURCH, April 15. Harold Logan, winner of £ 11,255, in stakes and one of the greatest pacers ever to race in New Zealand, died yesterday, aged 24. Harold Logan spent his retirement on the farm of his owner. Mr. E. F. C. Hinds, at. Scfton and died there. Harold Logan was a horse with personality. His behaviour at the barrier, his knowledge of what was required of him in a race, and his game finishing efforts made him one of the idols of the race track during the last seven years he raced.
