ARRESTS IN SEVILLE
COMMUNIST GROUP
(11 a.m.) MADRID, March 16The police at Seville announced the arrest of 64 persons accused of organising a Communist Party in the Seville Province and city and seized the party's membership lists and funds and also a secret printing press. The announcement added that some of the arrested had arrived from France after being trained in underground activities and one had been in Russia.
