The Appeal Court quashed the sentence of 12 months’ imprisonment and a fine of £SOO imposed on the Labour MP for Stoke-Newington, David Weitzman. , , Weitzman was charged with conspiring with others to contravene orders for the control and limitation and the supply of toilet preparations.
