Stream Still Not Running
“Although 2.28 in. of rain fell at Ngatapa during the week-end, the Ngatapa Stream is still not running,’’ stated Mr. W. D. Cook at mid-day today. Practically all of the moisture had soaked into the ground and was 'expected ta prove very beneficial to the pastures. The stream had been dry for some time and even now only some of the hole? were filled with water.
