“ESPIONAGE CENTRE”
CZECH SOCIALIST PARTY COMMUNISTS’ CLAIM (10 a.m.) PRAGUE, March 14. The Communist Minister of the Interior, M. Nosek, announced that an “espionage centre” was discovered during the political crisis in Czech Socialist Party headquarters in Prague. He added that Dr. Vladimir Krajina, Secretary-General of the Socialist Party, conducted the office in collaboration with two National Socialist deputies, Otto Hore and Alois Cizek. The statement said that 20 members of the party are now under arrest. The Ministry had obtained confidential information from the Army national security corps and nationalised industry through agents, some of whose reports were found during a search of the headquarters in February.
