DEADLOCK ANNOUNCED
ITALIAN COLONIES TALKS LONDON, March 10. The Foreign Ministers’ deputies discussing the future of the Italian colonies met a deadlock at their meeting today on the question when interested Governments should give their views. The Western Powers think they should be heard after receiving the report of the commission now in North Africa. The Soviet delegation maintains that they should be heard before the receipt of the report. The meeting decided to defer the question to the Governments of Britain, Russia, the United States and France.
