DR. EARL R. CARLSON, the American and world authority -on spastic paralysis, and Mrs. Carlson, who are visiting the Dominion, were welcomed at Parliament Buildings yesterday by the Prime Minister, Mr. P. Fraser, on behalf of the Government. Dr. Carlson will leave Wellington today for Dunedin and there will begin his programme of interviewing the parents of afflicted children. —P.A.
