SCANDINAVIAN STATES OSLO, Feb. 24. The Scandinavian Foreign Ministers’ conference decided to establish a Nordic committee for economic cooperation to meet at Copenhagen in March or April. The committee will deal with Nordic countries’ tariffs and the question of a Customs union.

It was announced that Norway, Sweden Denmark and Iceland decided to participate in the Marshall Aid Plan and to co-operate with' the proposed 16 nations’ working committee.
