BIG BOMBER ARRIVES
NAVIGATIONAL DATA FLIGHT FROM BRITAIN (P.A.) AUCKLAND, Nov. 13. The Lincoln Bomber Aries 11 from the Royal Air Force Empire air navigation school at Shawbury, England, arrived at Whenuapai last evening from Amberley, Queensland, on a visit to the Dominion for liaison and for the interchange of navigational information. The Aries, which is commanded by Group Captain Vielle, deputy-com-mandant of the navigational school wui visit Wigram and Ohakea before leaving on his return to Australia. Members of the specialist staff travelling on tha aircraft will have discussions with the Air Department staff in Wellington. The Aries was met by Group Captain Sheen, deputy-Chief of Air Staff, and Group Captain Newell, commanding officer of Whenuapai. . 'Tha flight was uneventful.
