THOUSANDS HOMELESS
CHITTAGONG FLOODS LARGE CROPS DESTROYED BOMBAY, Sept, 18. Floods sweeping across Chittagong have affected hundreds of thousands of people and have destroyed crops over an area of about 800 square miles. Famished refugees clad only in rags are pouring into the town of Chittaconk.
