Racing: at Orari takes place tomorrow when the Geraldine Racing Club will stage a one-day meeting. Tho main event is the Geraldine Cup. run over (inii mile and a quarter, and which has drawn sixteen acceptors.. Anthonie, 8.9, heads the list and has not raced since winning the Timaru Cup fast April. On his recent second to Dundonald there will be liberal support for Prize King. On his showing at Ashburton Botany is not fancied. Double Gross is fair, but has yet to win a mile and a quarter race. Twecdside, last week’s winner, must appeal, while his second in tho Duke of (lloucestership Clip gives Matador a fair chance. Flying Hawk is passed over in favour of Brockie, who was placed last week-end at Ashburton. Dash o’ Dink is not without a show on bis third a week hack. Penetrate and Pandemonium are possibilities among the light weights. There is only a field of nine in the sprint.
