LIBEL ACTION FAILS
The action of Paul E. Calame, watchmaker and importer, in which he claimed £550 damages for alleged libel against the New Zealand Horoiogical Institute, ended in a majority verdict for the defendant institute. The case, which hail lasted for four days, was hoard by Me •Justice Callan and a jury.
