DECISION BY INDIANS NEW DELHI. Aug. 8. M’litary headquarters in New Delhi n'ter consultation with the Govern ments of India and Pakistan issued an order for the freezing at the Indian docks of all military stores and war materials scheduled for transfer to the Dutch Government.
