AMPLE OIL STOCKS
STAND-BY vOWER PLANT (P.A.) WELLINGTON. June 14. The Minister of Supply, Mr. A. H. Nordmeyer, states that ample stocks of fuel oil are available in New Zealand for stand-by electric plants and further shipments are in the course of shipment. It was not expected that there would be any difficulty in making provision for any additional demand for fuel oil for such plants.
