BRITISH SHIP BEACHED
COLLISION ON RIVER U.S, VESSEL INVOLVED LONDON. April 29. The British ship, Merganser, of 2000 tons was beached in a sinking condition after a collision with the American ship Norwalk Victory off Doel in the River Scheldt. One member of the crew of the Merganser was killed. •
