PUBLISHERS’ CLAIM
WITHDRAWAL OF NOVEL LONDON, Mar. 23. The publishing firm of Heinemann, Ltd., is bringing a Court action seeking an order for the withdrawal of all copies of the book. "The First Lady Chatterley," which has been published in Australia by Peter Huston, of Sydney. the British firm alleges that the book is an expurgated version of D. H. Lawrence’s controversial “Lady Chatterley's Lover,” which was first privately printed in Florence in 1928. and has been banned ever since. It also alloces that the sale of the Australian book infringes its copyright in the expurgated "Lacjy Chatterley.” v*-
