TOKOMARU PARADE
SERVICE HELD IN HALL (Herald Correspondent.) w Over 50 returned veterans paraded in Tokomaru Bay yesterday under Mr. S. G. Lyle-Smythe prior to the Anzac Day service held in the Te Puka Hall. In addition Girl Guides and Boy Scouts, and native and public school children under their respective teachers swelled the ranks of the parade. In addition to the men on parade, about 150 members of the public attended the service, which was conducted by the Rev. A. McSkimming and the Rev. Mr. Ptilia. The address on Anzac was given by Mr. McSkimming, while music for the hymns was provided by Mr. A. Morgan. Following the service the annual meeting of the Tokomaru Bay branch of the R.S.A. was held.
