ATTACK RESENTED
SOVIET PROPAGANDA CRITICISM OF ALLIES BID FOR GERMAN SUPPORT (10.15 a.m.) LONDON, Jan. 29. Soviet actions in the past 10 days have convinced high American officials in Berlin that Russia has launched an intensive propaganda campaign against the Western Allies to win German support on the eve of the Moscow peace conference, says the Associated Press correspondent. Moscow's attacks on the British and American occupation policies have aroused the resentment of high western diplomats and officials. They fear deeper cleavages between the east and the west than those they have been trying to mend.
