BURMA TO CHOOSE
FORM OF RULE NEW CONSTITUTION TASK FOR ASSEMBLY (11 a.m.) LONDON, Jan. 29. Mr. U. Aungsan, head of the Burmese delegation which concluded an agreement with Britain, said at a press conference that he hoped the two countries would maintain friendly relations. Mr Aungsan, asked whether he was satisfied, said: “The question of satisfaction doesn’t come in here. We accept the conclusions and shall have to recommend them for acceptance to our various organisations.’’ He said he hoped that Burma would have a Constituent Assembly in May after the April elections. Burma’s constitution would be decided bv the Burmese.
