German Experts for Yugoslavia.
About 150 German specialists have arrived in Yugoslavia from Berlin under Government contract to act as consultants in the projected five-year plan to transform Yugoslavia from an agricultural into an industrial country, says Reuter’s correspondent in Belgrade. Their wages will range from £3O to £SO monthly, compared with £2O for Yugoslav engineers
