WOOL PRICE RECORD
SUPERFINE MERINO BALE SELLS AT 12 Hd LB. MELBOURNE, Dec. 6. A new Australian wool price -record has been established by the sale of one bale of greasy superfine merino at l?lld lb. The previous record was 99Jd. The wool was submitted by Mr. H. O. Schultz, of Grnssdale, Cavendish. In addition to the record bale another bale of Mr. Schultz’s wool brought 120|d. 11 bales brought 112Jd and six bales brought lllfd. It was all superfine merino The average price for Mr. Schultz’s clip of 85 bales was 56.72 d. American interests paid the record price. _
