EVIDENCE FOR U.N. INVESTIGATION DESIRED ACTIVITIES OF GUERRILLAS (10 a.m.) NEW YORK. Dec. 6. The Prime Minister of Greece. M. Tsaldaris, on his arrival in New York, said he had brought evidence of Yugoslav support of guerrilla actions in northern Greece which would be available to the United Nations Security Council if the council desired it. “The urgent need is for speedy action bv some responsible international agency to make an investigation which, the Greek Government insists, is essential to peace in the Balkans.” Greece had complained to the Security Council that bands armed from Yugoslavia, Bulgaria and Albania had violated Greek territory in 37 instances. M. Tsaldaris said that Greece had filed the complaint reluctantly, but now it was done she was prepared to describe to the council all the facts she had. He also said that Greece could not be satisfied with this week’s Big Four decision to leave the GrecoBulgarian frontier unchanged, because Greece had not been given the opportunity to be heard sufficiently. Greece was also not satisfied with the renarations contemplated.
