TO-DAY’S RACING DEAD HEAT IN CUP G. SOUVENIR—SONERI The concluding day of the Canterbury Jockey Club's 1946 New Zealand Cup meeting was the main attraction for racegoers in the Dominion today. The concluding day of the Avondale Jockey Club’s summer meeting at Auckland also had its full share of followers. The second day of the Woodville District Jockey Club's summer meeting, with a number of Hawke’s Bay horses running, was of interest to racing followers of this district. A one-day fixture conducted by the Tapanui Racing Club at Gore was also being held to-day. RICCARTON WINNERS.
