TARLETON TO MEET PEP LONDON, Dec. 4. The 40-yoar-old Nel Tarleton, the British featherweight champion, has agreed to fight Willie Pep, the American world title-holder, for the world title. The' contest will be held at Flarringay. London, on January 28.
