BRITISH STUDIOS’ AIM SUGGESTION BY MR. NASH (Special Correspondent.) (10 a.m.) LONDON, May 2. The New Zealand Minister, Mr. W. Nash, lunching with Mr. J. A. Rank, the British film magnate, discussed the possibilities of extending the number of British films displayed in New Zealand. Mr. Rank said it was lioped to make a big picture in the Dominions. Mr. Nash said that what was required was a picture of New Zealand ■as it is to-day. showing the Maori fitting in with all that had been and is being done by the pakehas to make New Zealand one of the best countries in the world.
