SPY RING REVELATIONS GOVERNMENT PROTECTION GO a.m.) MONTREAL, March 24. A high Canadian official said that Gozenko had risked his life by giving evidence. He showed great courage and had done high public service by stepping into the witness box. Gozenko knew that, by doing so, he wrote his own death warrant. It was up to Canada to see that his family had protection to the end of their days. Elaborate plans have been made to ensure Gozenko’s safety. It is understood that the Government has arranged an allowance for Gozenko.
