QUICK STEP RESULTS WIN FOR ST. KILDA (P.A.) CHRISTCHURCH, March 25. The New Zealand Victory band contest concluded on Saturday with a quick step competition at Lancaster Park. The weather was perfect and it is estimated that more than 20,000 people attended to watch the colourful spectacle provided by the ceremonial marching of bands.
