INDIANS IN MALAYA 19 a.m.) NEW DELHI, March 20. In’llie Central Assembly. Mr. R. N. Banal'ji, Secretary for Commonwealth Affairs, announced that, in future, the Government would permit the emigration of Indians to Malaya only on condition that there is equal status in Malaya for all Indians living there, adequate wages, and satisfactory living conditions.
