INFORMER TO JAPANESE SINGAPORE, March, 5. A war crimes court sentenced to death Louis Resouza, an Eurasian, aged 63 who was charged with acting as an informer for the Japanese, resulting in a European named Frank Gaw undergoing water treatment and being flogged into insensibility.
