‘We never took these matters personally,” sajd the Prime Minister, Mr P. Fraser, in Auckland, when discussing exchanges that had been reported between himself and one of the Russian delegates, M. Gromyko, a.t the recent conference of the United Nations Organisation in London. “Whenever a difference of opinion was expressed it was never reflected in personal relationships,” he added.
