<Oj* HUGE STOCKS ON SALE UNITED STATES POLICY (10 a.m.) LONDON, March 5. Huge stocks of German machinery, machine .tools and other products have been offered to neighbouring countries by the American Military Government, says the Berlin correspondent of the Associated Press. The prices have been fixed in dollars, which the administration needs to pay for Germany’s food imports. The owners of the goods will be repaid in marks.
