matches, secondly, advise against bouts which may prove detrimental to boxing, thirdly, aid boxers who are deserving of a chance for championships but who, for some reason or other, arc denied the rightful opportunity. (The latter* is interpreted as a moved aimed at Mike Jacobs), Many fights arranged by the promoters will be televised if the present plans materialise.
